Manuscript Preparation

General Guidelines

  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English with proper grammar and spelling
  • Length: Research articles should typically be 5,000-8,000 words (excluding references and tables)
  • Format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format with double spacing and 12-point font
  • Originality: All submissions must be original work not previously published or under consideration elsewhere

Manuscript Structure

  • Title & Abstract: Concise, informative title followed by a structured abstract (250-300 words) with background, methods, results, and conclusions
  • Keywords: 4-6 relevant keywords for indexing and searchability
  • Introduction: Clear statement of the research problem, objectives, and significance
  • Methodology: Detailed description of research design, data collection, and analysis methods
  • Results: Present findings clearly with appropriate tables, figures, and statistical analyses
  • Discussion: Interpret results, discuss implications, limitations, and future research directions
  • References: Use APA, MLA, or Chicago style consistently. Minimum 20 recent references recommended
